We both moved from Destin to Houston in 1999. Since then we have lived in numerous areas of Houston. This includes The Woodlands to the Northwest side and all the way down to the Galleria. This gave us the knowledge it takes to know the surrounding areas of Houston. Finally we settled down in Northeast Houston. Most of the people in this area call it the Kingwood/Humble area.
The Humble and Kingwood areas are growing fast with new construction mixed with existing. We are just minutes away from one of the largest airports in the country, George Bush Intercontinental Airport. They are just one of the major employers in the area. Northeast Houston is also currently home to The Shell Houston Open. And is just 25 minutes from downtown.
We have been in the real estate industry for many years and really enjoy helping people. We get great excitement at seeing people reach there goals of either owning a home or selling one.

Carissa previously worked in the customer service industry for many years leading up to real estate. Johnathan has been in sales and sales management for a top 10 Fortune 500 company for over 6 years.
Both of our experiences in sales and customer service has lead us to a very successful career in real estate. Each of us maximizes our strengths to do whatever needs to be done to get your Houston area home sold or purchased. That strength has also built a wonderful marriage of over 7 years which has given us three amazing kids. But enough about us it is really all about you the client, friend, and family.
